How we handle your CV
Your CV is personal. This page says in plain words what happens to it when you use the PCG ATS Score.
What you send us
Your browser reads your file to pull out the text. When you submit, it sends the text and a copy of your original file to PCG over an encrypted connection, along with the email address and any other details you typed in. Nothing is sent until you press the final submit button and tick the two required consent boxes.
Which services process it
Running this tool involves other services. Several operate outside the UAE, so your data is processed outside the UAE.

Who can see it
Your original file is kept in a private store with access limited to PCG. PCG recruitment specialists review submissions by signing in with individual, role-restricted accounts. This tool does not send your CV to any employer.
Your choices at submission
- You must agree to PCG processing your CV for the ATS review service.
- You must acknowledge that AI may assist with extraction and analysis.
- The PCG career newsletter is optional and is never pre-ticked.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set tracking cookies for job seekers. If page-view analytics are switched on, they use a privacy-friendly service that does not use cookies. See PCG's cookie policy for the main People Connect Global website.
How long we keep it, and deleting your data
For how long your submission is kept, or to ask for it to be deleted, contact PCG through the contact page and say which email address you used. The legal terms are in PCG's Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
